What is Three Rivers Festival?
Three Rivers Festival is a family-friendly, community-focused music and arts festival held at Durrants Farm in Porchfield, Isle of Wight. It features live bands, DJs, dance music takeovers, wellness activities, kids entertainment, workshops, traders, and local food.
When is the festival?
Friday 29th – Sunday 31st May 2026.
Why is it called Three Rivers?
The festival is named after the Island’s three rivers — the Medina, Eastern Yar, and Western Yar — symbolising people from all corners of the Island coming together.
Is the festival independent?
Yes! We are 100% independent, run by a small local team with strong ties to the community.

Is the festival family-friendly?
Absolutely. Kids go free, and we have a dedicated kids area, creative workshops, and a family camping field.
Is the site suitable for first-time festival goers?
Yes — it’s a friendly, safe, manageable-sized festival perfect for families and first-timers.
Tickets
How much are tickets?
Adult weekend: £60
Teen weekend (13–17): £30
Under 13s: Free (but must register for a free Kids Ticket)
Camping included with all weekend tickets.

Do tickets include camping?
Yes — all weekend tickets include free camping.
Are day tickets available?
Not currently. The festival is weekend-only for 2026.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — digital tickets are accepted and encouraged for sustainability.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the festival is fully cancelled.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes — transfers can be made.
My child is 12 or under, do they still need a ticket?
Yes — please select the free Kids Ticket so we can manage capacity safely.

Yes — as long as your wristband is intact.
Accessibility
Is the festival accessible?
We do everything we can to make the event accessible, though it is on a working farm. There are step-free routes, accessible parking, and accessible toilets.
Is there a viewing platform?
We aim to provide accessible viewing at the main stage where possible.
Do you offer companion tickets?
Yes — email info@threeriversfest.uk to request a companion ticket.
Are assistance dogs allowed?
Yes. They must be registered and identified.

No — first come, first served.

No open flames.

Food & Drink
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Campsite: You can bring your own food and a reasonable amount of alcohol.
Arena: No alcohol or glass permitted.
What food options are available?
Local food stalls offering vegan, veggie, meat, kids options, desserts, coffees and more.
Are there bars?
Yes — including local beers, ciders, cocktails and soft drinks.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Most traders offer vegan/vegetarian options. Allergen info will be displayed at each stall.
Festival Arena
What time does the arena open?
Around 11:00 each day.
What time does the music finish?
Approximately 23:00, subject to licensing.
Is there seating?
There is limited seating — feel free to bring camping chairs (not allowed right in front of the main stage for safety).
Can I bring a tent shelter/gazebo into the arena?
Small pop-up shelters are allowed at the back of the arena only.
Is the arena child-friendly?
Yes — there are kids shows, crafts, storytelling and play areas.
Is smoking allowed in the arena?
Yes, but not inside tents or undercover spaces.
Kids
Do kids go free?
Under 13s are free with a paying adult.
Is the kids area staffed?
Activities are delivered by trained staff and volunteers, but children remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians.
Are prams and pushchairs allowed?
Yes — the site is a mixture of grass and pathways.
Safety & Security
Do you have security onsite?
Yes — SIA security teams operate 24/7.
Do you have medical staff onsite?
Yes — trained medics and first aid teams are present throughout.
Will I be searched on entry?
Yes — bag checks and searches are standard for safety.
Are dogs allowed?
No — except registered assistance dogs.
What do I do if I lose my child?
Report immediately to the nearest steward; we operate a secure “Lost Child” system.
Money & Payments
Do traders accept card?
Most do, but the rural area can affect signal. Bring some cash just in case.
Is there an ATM onsite?
Afraid not.
Weather
Will the festival go ahead if it rains?
Yes — only extreme weather would impact the event.
Should I bring waterproofs?
Definitely — it’s England!
Is there covered space?
Some areas are covered, but the festival is primarily outdoors.
Environment & Sustainability
Can I bring glass?
No — glass is banned for safety.
Do you provide water refill points?
Yes — free drinking water throughout the site.
Can I leave my tent behind?
No — abandoned tents create waste. Please take everything home.

Will there be loud music?
Music ends at approximately 23:00 each night, with headliners ending earlier.

How do I apply to trade?
Trader applications will open shortly.
What types of traders do you accept?
Food, craft, clothing, wellbeing, local makers and more.
Do traders need public liability insurance?
Yes — minimum £5m PLI.
Performers
How do I apply to play?
I’m afraid we are all booked up for this year.
Do you accept DJs?
Yes — particularly for dance stages and local promoter takeovers – get in touch with the promotors.
Do you pay performers?
Yes — rates vary depending on stage and slot.

Can I bring professional photography equipment?
Only with prior approval. All other camera gear is allowed.
Lost Property
Is there a lost property tent?
Yes — located at security near the arena entrance.
What happens to unclaimed items?
Items are held for 14 days after the festival.
Miscellaneous
Are drones allowed?
No — due to safety and proximity to farms.
Can I volunteer?
Yes — applications will open in early 2026.
Is there phone charging?
We aim to provide phone charging stations.
Three Rivers Festival – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to the following terms. These conditions are necessary for licensing, safety and the smooth running of the festival.
1. Tickets & Entry
1.1 All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of full festival cancellation.
1.2 Tickets may be transferred using the official ticketing platform only.
1.3 Ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival.
1.4 Wristbands must be worn at all times. Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
1.5 Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
1.6 Entry may be refused if the attendee is intoxicated, aggressive or poses a safety risk.
2. Event Changes & Cancellation
2.1 The lineup, schedule and site layout are subject to change without notice.
2.2 The festival will go ahead in all weather conditions deemed safe by the event management team.
2.3 If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the face value of the ticket.
2.4 If the event is stopped early or partially cancelled due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure), refunds are not guaranteed.
3. Camping & Accommodation
3.1 Camping is included for weekend ticket holders in designated areas only.
3.2 Fires, fire pits and disposable BBQs are strictly prohibited.
3.3 Gas stoves must be used responsibly and off the ground.
3.4 Noise after midnight must be kept to a minimum in family/quiet camping zones.
3.5 Festival management reserves the right to evict any attendee causing disruption or posing a risk.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
4.1 Anti-social behaviour, harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated.
4.2 Attendees must comply with instructions from festival staff, stewards, medical teams and security.
4.3 Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
4.4 Anyone found in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or removed without refund.
5. Alcohol & Drugs
5.1 Alcohol may be brought into the campsite in reasonable quantities for personal use.
5.2 No alcohol may be brought into the arena.
5.3 The festival operates a strict Challenge 25 policy.
5.4 Illegal substances and “legal highs” are not permitted anywhere on site.
6. Safety & Security
6.1 Searches will be conducted at the festival entrance.
6.2 Professional audio/video equipment is not permitted without prior permission.
6.3 Fire safety, medical and security systems are in place for your protection — misuse of these services may result in eviction.
6.4 Attendees accept that music events can be loud and may include strobe lighting, haze, pyrotechnics and other sensory effects.
7. Travel, Parking & Campervans
7.1 Parking is available by donation to charity.
7.2 Campervans require a valid campervan pass.
7.3 Cars and campervans must park in designated zones only.
7.4 Driving under the influence on or off site is strictly prohibited.
8. Accessibility
8.1 The festival aims to be as accessible as possible within the constraints of a working farm site.
8.2 For specific requirements, attendees must contact the festival in advance.
8.3 Accessible viewing and parking areas are available but cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement.
9. Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed:
Glass of any kind
Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs
Weapons or anything that could reasonably be considered a weapon
Large sound systems
Drones
Laser pens
Generators
Open fires or disposable BBQs
Illegal substances
Management reserves the right to update this list.
10. Liability
10.1 Attendees enter the festival site at their own risk.
10.2 The festival is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
10.3 The festival is not liable for injury caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff instructions.
10.4 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence resulting in serious injury or death.
11. Media & Photography
11.1 Photography and filming will take place onsite.
11.2 By entering the festival, attendees consent to their image being used for promotional purposes.
11.3 Anyone wishing to opt out must contact us before the event.
12. Data Protection
12.1 Personal data is used in accordance with UK GDPR and is never shared with third parties outside festival operations.
12.2 Ticketing data is handled securely by our ticketing provider.
13. Eviction
13.1 Festival management reserves the right to remove any attendee for:
Breach of these terms
Anti-social or dangerous behaviour
Possession of prohibited items
Entering restricted areas
13.2 Eviction will result in the wristband being removed and no readmission.
