Wristband Collection

Wristbands, please! You’ll need a wristband to enter the festival site, and you can collect or buy yours at the Box Office, right by the main entrance. Make sure to bring your ticket QR code (on your phone or printed – we’re not fussy, as long as we can scan it!). The Box Office will be open from 10 AM to 9 PM, so swing by early to avoid the queues and get straight to the good stuff.

Driving in? You can also pick up car parking permits and campervan tickets either at the car park entrance or at the Box Office. Whether you’re rolling up in a camper or just popping in for the day, we’ve got you covered.

Food, Drink & Activities

Fuel your festival! We’ve got a cracking selection of food and drink to keep you going all weekend long. From tasty street food to sweet treats, our lineup of local food vendors has something for every appetite.

The on-site bar will be serving up a great range of alcoholic and soft drinks, so whether you fancy a cold pint or a refreshing juice, you’re sorted.

But it’s not just about the food—browse our wellbeing stalls, pick up gifts, or treat yourself to a festival makeover with face paints and hair styling.

Got little ones in tow? Head to the Kids’ Zone, packed with fun including circus workshops, bouncy castles, and loads more to keep young festival goers happy.

Camping & Campervans

There is a limited space for camping and campervans, if you wish to stay on site please make sure you’ve bought a camping or campervan ticket.

If you want to bring your campervan for a little more comfort then let us know too and we’ll take care of it.  Camping is open for Saturday night for festival goers so you don’t have to drive home and can enjoy both days safely.

Remember, let’s keep the site looking lovely! We’re proud to run a clean, welcoming festival—and that means leaving no mess behind.

  • Don’t head home until you’ve tidied your camp space. If your area needs a major clean-up after you’ve gone, it impacts everyone.

  • Waste and recycling bags are available from the production office—please use them. You can drop off your rubbish near the office each day or as you pack up.

Due to the nature of the site and in order to keep everyone safe, we are enforcing a no open fires policy within the camping sites and festival site at large, anyone found making a fire of any kind may be asked to leave the site.

Pet Free Festival

We absolutely love pets – they’re part of the family! But because we’ve got some furry and feathered residents of our own on site (think chickens, lambs, and a few surprise guests), we sadly can’t allow dogs or other pets at the festival. It’s all about keeping everyone – two-legged and four-legged – safe and happy. Thanks for understanding!

Waste, Toilets & Water

We’re keeping the site clean and green with help from Flynn’s Bins, who’ll be providing 15 general waste bins across the site, plus 6 for recycling.

There’ll also be a designated ‘boneyard’ area for bulk waste, and everything will be sorted and recycled wherever possible after the event.

Toilets are covered too: 10 in total, including one accessible unit, a urinal point, one reserved for food traders, and one backstage for performers.

This meets the recommended attendee-to-toilet ratio, and we’ve got an emptying schedule in place to keep everything in good nick.

Stewards will help keep an eye on things and make sure bins are emptied and loos stay clean—just flag if anything needs attention.

We also have water points located near the food traders, bar area, and both main stage and back-of-house areas. Please encourage everyone to stay hydrated and refill bottles from these designated taps—no need for single-use plastics!

The festival follows a strict Leave No Trace policy, so at the end of the weekend, we want the site looking just as lovely as we found it. Thanks for playing your part.

What To Bring

Weather-Appropriate Clothing – Be ready for anything. June might bring sunshine, but this is the UK—so pack layers, a waterproof, and sun protection. It can get chilly in the evenings, so bring something cosy for after dark.

Torch – Light up your night. Once the sun goes down, things can get pretty dark—especially around the camping areas. Bring a reliable torch (head torches are great!) and a spare set of batteries just in case.

Power Bank – Keep your tech topped up. We’ll have charging points at the welfare area, but queues can build during busy times. Bring a fully charged power bank so your phone stays alive for snaps, maps, and meet-ups.

Sun Cream – Don’t get caught out! Even if it’s a cloudy start, UV rays can still do their thing. Keep your skin happy with a good SPF and reapply throughout the day—future you will thank you.

Reusable Water Bottle – Stay hydrated, legends! Bring your trusty bottle and make use of our free water points dotted around the site. It’s better for the planet, your wallet, and your festival stamina.

Camping Gear – Make your tent a home. Whether you’re glamping or roughing it, don’t forget the essentials: tent, sleeping bag, roll mat, pillow, and a mallet (you’ll thank us when you hit hard ground). A cosy camp = a happy camper.

What Not To Bring

Alcohol – We’ve got the drinks covered. Please don’t bring your own booze—our licensed bar has a great selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. Bag checks will be in place, and any alcohol brought in will be confiscated.

Drugs – Not on our watch. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on illegal substances. Anyone found with drugs will be removed from the site and may be reported.

Pets & Dogs – Give them a chill weekend at home. We love animals, but the festival environment isn’t suitable for them. No pets or dogs are allowed on site (assistance dogs are, of course, welcome).

Fires – Keep it cool, not flaming. For everyone’s safety, no open fires, fire pits, BBQs or flares are allowed anywhere on site or in the campsites. This is for yours and everyone elses safety and you may be asked to leave site if found with an open fire.

Weapons – Hard no. Leave anything dangerous at home. Weapons of any kind are strictly banned and will be confiscated on entry.

Bad Vibes – Don’t bring them. Aggressive or anti-social behaviour has no place here. We’re all about respect, kindness, and community spirit—let’s keep it good vibes only!
